Olveston House
Share a living treasure in this authentic and well presented historic house, just walking distance from the city centre.
Olveston
is an elegant expression of one man's dream and the tour allows an intimate glimpse of the lifestyle of a privileged family in the early 1900s. Built between 1904 and 1906 in the Jacobean style, grace and grandeur of Olveston is distinguished by a wealth of details - a service lift linking all four storeys, central heating and an internal telephone system and the seven servants that were employed to service 35 rooms and to manicure the beautiful garden.
